Our May box celebrates a selection of Gold Medal winning cheeses from the 2024 NZ Champions of Cheese Awards, including three who have gone on to win one or more category awards. These honours reflect technical excellence in the manufacture of New Zealand cheese and are run by the New Zealand Specialist Cheesemakers Association.
