If your purchase arrives to the address provided by you in substandard condition or you are not happy with your product, please contact us by phone or email within 2 days of the date received. We will refund your money or exchange your item at no cost to you for any quality or damage caused to your product before it arrived at the address provided. If we are not able to replace the cheese with the one(s) of your order, we will negotiate and alternative replacement with you.
