This is a cheese to dream about! A dense yet tender buffalo milk cheese with all the silken saltiness of a traditional halloumi and the added taste and goodness of buffalo milk. Buffalo milk has more protein and calcium than cows’ milk, but only half the cholesterol.
Halloumi is a cooking cheese, so be sure to grill, BBQ or fry it before consumption.

With sweetness and bite that is typical of sheep’s milk cheese, this Sheep Brie has all the velvety smooth qualities of the traditional brie, with an added earthiness delivered with a sweet overtone.
BUFFALO & COW BLUE
This buffalo and cow blue vein cheese is unique and delicious with a complex flavour. It is firm, slightly crumbly, with a well-balanced blue flavour, slightly earthy with a bit of a salty but mellow finish, rounded off with sweet notes. Its ivory colour, deep blue veins and unique blend of milks make this a truly interesting cheese!
GARLIC & CHIVE OMG BRIE
OMG, one of Over the Moon Dairy’s most popular cheeses, is a traditional brie with extra cream added to make it a soft, rich cheese ready to melt in the mouth. This one has garlic and chives added, adding additional savoury notes to the luscious buttery flavour.
This is a very special blend of buffalo and goat milk, made in a Gouda style. The rich buffalo milk is balanced beautifully in this cheese by the lower fat content of the goat milk.
