GIBBSTON VALLEY CHEESE, KAWARAU BLUE
A heavenly, creamy blue cheese with deep blue-green veins. It has a salty piquancy and a beautifully sweet, smooth finish.
EVANSDALE CHEESE, RUBY BAY
A beautifully mature cheese, meticulously made in small batches just outside of Dunedin. Slightly drier inside with a soft buttery flavour and will keep unopened for twelve months or more to become a really tasty cheese.
OVER THE MOON DAIRY, THE BLACK SHEEP
An Ossau-Iraty style semi-hard sheep’s cheese inspired by the Basque region in Spain. The smoked paprika on the rind gives it a smoky flavour, and the cheese is delightfully fruity and nutty with a creamy texture and ivory white interior.
